RESEARCH PROSPECTS FOR PROTEOPEPTIDES
Bioactive peptides, due to their wide spectrum of biochemical activity, have great potential for use in various fields, e.g. medicine, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry and the food industry, which creates an opportunity to cooperate with many entities, for which Biolive Innovation is prepared and open to new challenges.
For example:
- we cooperate with the Department of Ophthalmology of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin to determine the potential to inhibit the growth of bacteria causing common eye infections.
- we develop methods of obtaining peptides from protein sources other than egg yolk, including: from plant proteins such as soy, rapeseed, sunflower, walnut and identification of their health-promoting properties.
