The ADO has applied technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. In particular, the following were taken into account: Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The most important elements of the personal data protection system used include: 1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and www.bioliveinnovation.pl/sklep is encrypted with a 256-bit key. 2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data and for the shortest possible time, and for any actions not related to the implementation of the purchase-sale agreement you must express separate consent. 3. Only authorized and trained persons in the field of personal data protection have access to your personal data, guaranteeing their security. 4. The IT system www.bioliveinnovation.pl and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection. III. Personal data, purpose and storage time

Registration During registration, we ask you to provide the data necessary to set up an account at www.bioliveinnovation.pl, A registered Customer, after logging in, also has the option to verify the status of the placed order and the history of purchases made. A registered and logged in customer can at any time independently correct, supplement or completely delete data from www.bioliveinnovation.pl During registration, we ask you for: 1. first and last name - necessary for us to later issue a sales document and address the shipment; 2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) - necessary for us to later address the shipment; 3. e-mail - necessary for logging in and communication related to the use of www.bioliveinnovation.pl; 4. telephone number - necessary in the case of choosing certain delivery methods (required by carriers) The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the last login. B. Placing an order When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in Customers are partially collected automatically from the data provided during registration. When placing an order, please provide: 1. first and last name or company/institution name – necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment; 2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment; 3. e-mail – necessary for communication related to the execution of the order; 4. telephone number – necessary in the case of selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers). If, when placing an order, the Customer selects delivery to an address other than the one indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide: 1. first and last name or company/institution name – necessary for us to address the shipment; 2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment; 3. telephone number of the recipient of the shipment – ​​necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers). In case when placing an order the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with other data than indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide: 1. first and last name or company/institution name – necessary to issue a sales document; 2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales document; Data provided during order placement is processed by www.bioliveinnovation.pl and the following entities in the scope specified below: 1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill which is also an order to deliver the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred: a. Poczta Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 525-000-73-13) c. InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (KRS: 0000255841, NIP: 679-289-50-61) 2. name and surname, address, NIP indicated as the data for which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system:

  1. MEKROS LTD. With its registered office in London (Great Britain), RSBC 102-116 Windmill Road, CR0 2XQ London, UTR number 8006200539 of the afaktury.pl service operator In the event of payment using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remains registered only in its database and is not in any way accessible or stored by www.bioliveinnovation.pl www.bioliveinnovation.pl cooperates with the following payment operators: 1. Skrill Limited, a company registered in Great Britain under number 04260907 with the address: 25 Canada Square, London E14 5LQ - processes customer data and has the right to view this data. On behalf of Skrill Ltd., the above-mentioned beneficial owners, that Skrill Ltd, in accordance with Article 25 sec. 1 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, the administrator of the personal data of beneficial owners and will process their personal data in the above scope in order to fulfill the obligation arising from art. 9 sec. 3 of the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. The beneficial owner has the right to access their personal data and the right to correct them. The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions regulating the period of storage of accounting documents. C. Marketing In the case of subscription to the newsletter and consent to receive it during the registration process or placing an order, we only ask for the e-mail address to which commercial information from www.bioliveinnovation.pl will be sent, from which you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account at www.bioliveinnovation.pl or by clicking the unsubscribe link located in the footer of each newsletter. D. Correspondence In the event that we are provided with personal data that is not necessary for the performance of the contract or legal obligation, e.g. in correspondence with us, in forms for withdrawal from the contract, warranty or guarantee, such data will be immediately deleted or anonymized and will not be processed. Therefore, please do not provide us with information and personal data that we do not directly ask for and that is not relevant from the point of view of the performance of the contract or legal obligation.

These companies do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way. The data is processed for 24 months from the last activity. B. Google Analytics (cookies) Google Analytics uses "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable www.bioliveinnovation.pl to analyze traffic sources and how visitors use it. Google collects data obtained from placing cookies on devices on its servers and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to traffic and use of the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so under legal regulations or if such persons process such information on behalf of Google. This data is never combined with the data provided, referred to in Part III, and only constitutes material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors. The data is processed for 12 months from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted. D. Such cookies may contain data necessary for the partner to perform the service provided to www.bioliveinnovation.pl or contain data other than that specified in the privacy policy. www.bioliveinnovation.pl selects its business partners very carefully, but is not responsible for their cookie policy. VI. Transferring your personal data

In special situations, in which applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to transfer collected data to state authorities, www.bioliveinnovation.pl will provide such data. Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, are transferred to specific entities solely and in connection with the necessity to perform the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers. In the event of such transfer, the Personal Data Administrator concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of performing the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator.

VII. Changes to the privacy policy of www.bioliveinnovation.pl

www.bioliveinnovation.pl reserves the right to change the privacy policy if applicable law requires it, the technological conditions of www.bioliveinnovation.pl operation change or the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law. www.bioliveinnovation.pl will notify about such a change electronically (to the e-mail address provided during registration).
